Showroom Assistant

Vangelis is looking for a part-time showroom assistant to join us in Stockholm.

The Role

You’ll be part of the day-to-day running of the showroom, working closely with us across both customer-facing and operational tasks. It’s a hands-on role where attention to detail matters.

Responsibilities

Prepare products for production

Maintain a clean, organized showroom and stockroom

Assist with new arrivals and upcoming drops

Welcome and assist customers in the showroom

Order Management / Packing

We’re looking for someone who

Has a genuine interest in clothing, quality, and materials

Is structured, reliable, and pays attention to detail

Is comfortable meeting customers but also enjoys working independently

Has a good eye for presentation and styling

Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential

Details

Part-time, approximately 10 hours per week

Based in Östermalm, Stockholm
