Anthracite Wool Sports Jacket

A beautifully made single-breasted sports jacket from Sartoria Formosa, one of Naples' most respected tailoring houses, cut from a fine worsted wool cloth in anthracite.

Fully lined, with a full canvas construction and pronounced shoulders. Featuring spalla camicia sleeve insertion, concave lapels with a lower notch and slightly curved top collar, 3-roll-2 button stance, Milanese buttonholes, flap front pockets, barchetta chest pocket, two internal pockets, open cuffs and a ventless back.

Size: Estimated to EU 54 Short, tailored fit. Length and sleeves are cut approximately 5 cm shorter than standard. High cut armholes.

Founded in Naples, Sartoria Formosa remains one of the few tailoring houses where ready-to-wear garments are produced with the same artisanal approach as their bespoke commissions.

Led by master tailor Gennaro Formosa, the workshop is known for its hand-cut patterns, hand-padded construction and dedication to traditional Neapolitan tailoring. Their work was also featured in Gianluca Migliarotti's documentary O' Mast, which chronicles the craftsmen responsible for preserving Naples' tailoring heritage.
